Happy Birthday B!!

Thanksgiving 1997. It was a shock to me at 3am that my water broke! I between contractions I packed the car, and waited for Kenny to take a shower, feeding the dog, and making sure that everything was in order. Off we were to the hospital to have a baby! It was so early in the morning I thought for sure that we would not ruin anyones Thanksgiving plans...WRONG!! He took 11hrs and 59 mins to make his way out! Silly boy! So at 2:59 pm Bray Connor Hallman was born. First Grandson to my parents and 2nd grandchild but 1st Grandson for The Hallman's! Everyone was there to see our perfect little baby boy! He was the most beautiful baby. I can say that, cuz I have 3 more!! :0) He just celebrated his 12th birthday!! I can't believe I am that old! LOL! We love him so much. He is the best kid! He is kind, smart, funny, talented and still so handsome! Happy Birthday to our TURKEY, BEEZER, BC, B, our BRAY! Love you tons bud!!

Too Long!

It has been way to long since I have posted! It is Thanksgiving today. I have to say that I am so grateful for my life, my love, my family, my friends, my neighbors and so many things! I could list it all day long. I am especially grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ. He has allowed me to have such a wonderful life here on earth. I am so grateful for my children they make me laugh everyday! I thank my Heavenly Father for trusting me to raise them. Some days it seems hard, but I know it is all worth it! Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends and family. I truly love and cherish all of you. Thank you! I put this picture up because this makes me laugh!

More Sewing!!

I am so happy that my friend Elizabeth made me learn how to sew! It really is so much fun. For me anyway. It makes me happy, except when I get in sewing mode my house stays messy and dinner does not cook itself! Dang it! But I love it! My sister in law Erica is expecting her first baby, so I had some really cute fabric left over from my first sewing projects and I made her some blankies and burp cloths!! Here are some pictures to see. I also made a little blanket for my other sister in laws new baby Brooklyn. Hope the little girls love them as much as Aunt Heather had making them!! Love all my kids!

The Crud!!

First I want to say thanks for the comments on my last post! Now I feel a little love!! Next it has been the week that will never end!! It started with Abby being sick middle of the night Sunday. She had what seemed to be the stomach flu. After the first day of no drinks or food, I was hoping that it was going to end. It didn't! She ran a fever of 102 for the next 2 days!! She finally was able to keep things down, but was just so dang tired and hot! Poor girl! Today she is finally back to herself, ready to go back to school. Not sure if sending her for just short day is worth it, but we will do it anyway! Now it is Thursday and Ethan started with the fever last night. This morning he was 103! What the CRAP!! I have cleaned everything!! They washed their hands so many times their hands are chapped! Oh my! It is going to be a really long winter. I have so many friends that are going thru the same thing! I am so sorry for you too! Hopefully once we get it, it will be over...So no fun news for this post. Things are just tending to sick kids. Thank goodness I got a girls night last night. Hopefully a date this weekend! Hope you all stay healthy! Love to all my friends and family that are still reading! I really appreciate it! --H--

Fall is here!

Fall has come! I am hoping that we are not done already. Fall is my favorite time of year! We had the privilege of having my Aunt Lorry here for a weekend. We decided that it was the perfect time to take our fall drive. The mountains were on FIRE with color!! It was amazing! I have lived here for 25 years and it is always like going the first time when we drive in our beautiful canyons. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family, beautiful smart children, an awesome husband, and live in a place this gorgeous!! I have to thank my Aunt Lorry for taking such great pictures and for coming to visit us! We love having family come and be with us! We miss you all so much and hope to see more of you soon!! (hint hint!!) HAVE A GREAT FALL! I already am!!
ps. I am not feeling much love on the posts...no comments?? Does this mean no one reads??

Football and 2 wheels?

Football has begun! We have started off with a bang!! First two games were total blowouts! A little sad for the other teams, but really fun to see the boys hard work really pay off. Third game Nick and I missed since we had a weekend getaway in Vegas. WE missed the best game yet! They won 21 to 19. Bray got the second touchdown by interception!!! This wasn't the first interception for him though, he has had 2 others, just not a touchdown yet! He loves this game so much it scares me! I hope that he has some serious growing spurts, so he can play into highschool. So proud of him! While we were on our getaway, Abby decided that she really wanted to ride her bike. Her training wheels were a little messed up, so Nana White took them off and after a few times with Nana's help, she was off!!! 2 Wheels! So last night for dinner, I gave her a glass (instead of plastic) to drink out of. She said "Mom I get a big girl cup!! It's because I can ride my bike on two wheels HUH!!" I love my kids!! Too much fun!!

PresChooL!!

So finally Preschool has begun! Well a few weeks ago, and I just haven't blogged!! Ryan started on a Tuesday with his good buddies Quinn and Evan! He was so excited that it was finally his turn! He had to take Ethan to preschool last year and never had his own turn. It is so fun that he has friends in the neighborhood going with him! I love my neighbors!! Ethan started the next day, He is able to go with his friend Kenzie! She lives in our neighborhood too! They are pro's when it comes to Miss Sue's, so they just wanted to get inside!!! They did stop for a min for a picture! So glad I have a little one on one time with each boy, each day! It is really fun! It is also nice that I have help with the carpooling, that way I don't go EVERYDAY to the school! Can't wait till next year. I will have 3 days in the afternoon to myself!! WOW!!
